Sunday, Step By Step

Here's What Sunday Looks Like

If you're not sure what to do when you pull into the parking lot, here's what actually happens — step by step.

01

Arrival & Parking

There's parking directly in front and along the side of the building. Look for a greeter near the entrance — they're easy to spot and expecting you. Aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early if it's your first time.

02

You'll Be Welcomed

Someone will meet you at the door. No pressure, no obligation — just a real hello. If you let us know you're coming ahead of time, we'll have someone ready to greet you by name.

03

Find a Seat

Walk into the sanctuary and find a spot that feels comfortable. The room isn't huge, but it's welcoming. Sit wherever you'd like.

04

The Service

Services run about 75 minutes. You'll experience contemporary worship music, a time of prayer, and a Bible-centered message from Pastor Nate. There's no dress code — come as you are. You won't be asked to introduce yourself or give money.

05

After the Service

Stick around for a few minutes. Pastor Nate and the team hang around to talk, answer questions, and just say hi. If you have questions, that's the best time to ask.

Worth Knowing

What Happens
on Sunday.

Duration ~75 Minutes Both services identical
Style Contemporary Modern worship music
Dress Code Come As You Are Jeans are just fine
Giving No Pressure Never expected of guests

We start by greeting everyone — a brief social time before things kick off. Then our worship team leads us through three or four songs together. From there, Pastor Nate teaches for 40 to 45 minutes, drawn directly from Scripture and worked through verse by verse. We close with one final song. On the first Sunday of every month we celebrate Communion together — all are welcome at the table.

"You don't have to know the songs. You don't have to put anything in the plate. You don't have to have anything figured out before you walk in. Just come — and see what God might do with that."

Bringing the Family?

Your Kids Are
Welcome Here.

We know the first question parents ask isn't about the sermon — it's "Will my kids be okay?" The answer is yes. Kids and youth programming runs during the 11:00 AM service, and your children will be in a safe, engaging environment while you're in the sanctuary.

How Check-in Works

When you arrive, head to the kids' check-in area near the entrance. A volunteer will walk you through registration on your first visit — it takes just a few minutes. You'll receive a security tag that matches your child's name tag, used for pick-up at the end of service.

Age Groups We Serve

  • NurseryInfants through age 2
  • Pre-KAges 3 through pre-kindergarten
  • Grades K–3Kindergarten through 3rd grade

Safety

All of our volunteers are background-checked. Our kids' area uses a secure check-in and check-out system. If you have specific needs or questions ahead of your visit, reach out — we're happy to talk it through.

Note: Until Phase II expansion is complete (target Dec. 2026), kids and youth programming runs during the 11:00 service only.
Real Questions

Questions We
Get a Lot.

No such thing as a dumb question here. These are the ones people are usually thinking but don't want to ask.

Do I have to be a Christian to come?
Not at all. We're a church for people at every point on the journey — including people who are still figuring out what they believe, or who have serious doubts. You're not required to sign anything or agree to anything to walk through the door.
Will I be asked to give money?
No. Giving is never expected of guests. An offering is taken during the service, but it's for members and regular attenders who want to participate. You won't be singled out or pressured.
What should I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll see everything from jeans and a t-shirt to dress clothes on any given Sunday. There's no dress code here.
Will I be asked to introduce myself or stand up?
No. We never put guests on the spot. We're glad you're there — no performance or unwanted attention required.
How long is the service?
About 75 minutes — an hour and fifteen. Both the 9:15 and 11:00 services are the same length and same content.
What if I have more questions before I come?
Reach out anytime. You can call us at (336) 246-2979, or send a message through the contact form on this site. We're real people and we'll get back to you.
