The Discover Event is your on-ramp to the life of Ashe Alliance Church. You will learn about:
*The vision, values, and history of our church
*How to get connected in a life group
*How to grow deeper in your walk with Christ through our discipleship ministries
*How to volunteer and serve
*How to become a member of AAC
You will also have the opportunity to meet our elders, deacons, and volunteer leaders, ask questions about our church, and share a meal with other members of our church.

WHAT IS The Discover Event?
The Discover Event is the onramp into the life of our church. It is an opportunity for you to hear about our church, and for us to get to know you better.
WHAT DO YOU DO AT A DISCOVER EVENT?
We will cover the distinctive marks of our church – our history, values, vision, leadership and theology (we get excited about this!). We will also cover practical ways for you to get involved in gospel-centered communities, discipleship ministries, and service opportunities.
WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE?
We host The Discover Event every quarter Our next Discover Event is: May 2nd
HOW LONG IS EACH DISCOVER EVENT?
We gather on Saturday morning from 9:00 – 2:00 (breakfast & coffee and lunch are included).
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Your middle school and high school children are encouraged to join us for food and the sessions. For younger children, if having childcare available is necessary for you to attend, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We will gladly look into arranging care through our volunteers. While we can’t promise availability, we will certainly do our best to accommodate those needs.
DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER AFTER ATTENDING A DISCOVER EVENT?
We hope that you will consider joining our church after attending The Discover Event, but it is not a requirement. This is an opportunity for you to explore our church and determine if you want to join with us.
